Step into slowing down, allow inner awareness to magnify, and invite your body into a dance with the Wild. Inside the magic of Dharma’s Garden, we will tune into mystery, expression, and the more-than-human world and see what kind of dance emerges from this connection. This workshop blends free-form movement, journaling/drawing, deep sensory awareness, and solo and group activities. Let your breath in, soften your skin, grow roots as you step, and dance. Bring a nourishing lunch and enjoy a picnic on the farm after the workshop.
No dance or writing experience needed.
